The security,and covid screening was fantastic,the stellar service started since the moment we reached there with our family..it was a one time 7 star experience..the beauty of the palace and the surroundings made our dinner and high into a elegant experience..it was the best experience which we could have expected..visited many hotels but this one was on a different level.Food service at adda resturant and the customer service was magnificent..every individual at the hotel knew how to make us feel different and needed at the moment.i loved the customer service and the staff from booking until the last proved that they are sure the number one in the hospitality and performance..I felt it was worth the money..Pooja from palace tour team was lovely and gave the best tour service ever..It was a memorable and life time experience which will be remembered and cherished for a long time to come..will go back for sure.
