We adopted a puppy on Thursday. She was spayed the morning we picked her up. They used adhesive to close the incision. It was oozing and opening before she had been home for 3 days. A trip to the vet and was told that the abdominal wall had not been closed correctly and required surgery to be closed correctly. I contacted 311 for the animal center. I got a call after they had closed for the day, and then a call from someone the following day who told me they would send up my information up the chain and would be contacted again by a higher up. I have not yet heard from that person(s). Be wary. It cost us plenty and the puppy has only been home with us for 6 days.
