We stayed at the Park Grand the first week in April 2019. What a wonderful location, central to everything we wanted to do in London. The suite was great, the staff was great and very welcoming. They always greeted us by our names as we came back each time. One of the great things about the hotel was the heated floor. We will be installing one at home. Thank you for making our stay in London one to remember. We will be back.
