Piss poor customer service. From what I just experienced, they care more about themselves rather than the customer. Gavin is the dudes name. Had an appointment for a car that my buddy WAS going to buy. We showed up early just to find out that "someone just bought it".. so if you're interested in a Toyota, go to a different dealership or be prepared to be let down.... again, y'all suck
