Is it weird that I didn t want my collection call to end??? LIAM POWELL IS LITERALLY THE BEST. He was genuinely so helpful, kind and has such a fantastic personality. He was very informative and worked hard to make the payment plan as easy as possible. Can I write a book on this mans customer service? Because I could and will. He is truly one of the top 3 BEST customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. LOVED working with him. The best. And I mean it. (If you see this Liam, 10/10, keep being you!!! You rock!!!)
