For the better part of 6 months have been trying to get a refund from an overcharge from this hotel. This was by far my favorite in town stay and i have placed many friends and business associates at this location.

My stay was 12/20/19 and only 12/20/19. They charged me for 2 nights and despite 5 called to Marriott corporate and 10 calls to local front desk, accounting and management they all say, "you were not charged." Well my bank account says otherwise. Even after showing them the draft from my bank account...still no refund.

Pay cash or don't stay here!
