Called to make an appointment. The receptionist was rude. She advised I needed a referral. My insurance doesn't require a referral and my GP said I didn't need a referral. I tried to explain that but she insisted they needed one. Must just be this office. Found another neurologist that's highly rated that didn't demand an unnecessary referral.
