Be sure to take the tram up to the top -- the ingenious pods that resemble an elevator / escalator / ferris wheel contraption are worth the ride alone... and you get a spectacular view of the city as bonus! Worth the ~2-3hr spent exploring the park and its surrounding lands. For cool shots of the arch, be sure to head north and look for the pond on the left.
