I just checked in and Joel and Maria (suppose to be a manager) have thee worst customer service EVER! I booked one room I get to my room it's not the one I PAID for then Maria going to tell me she's sold out and because I booked through a 3rd party they don't get that info. If I booked a room with a city view in the title that's what I EXPECT to get!! The picture does not match what I got when I arrived here!! This is my first time in Miami and already to a bad start! Maria had no sympathy what so ever then going to ask me what am I going do like I'm not in a whole diff state! They really just piss me off to the fu$kin MAX!!! N on top of that the phone in my room don't even work! I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Never will I EVER book here again or let anyone else for that matter so either. Oh and on top of that when I booked I was aware of $16 resort fee, when I got here Joel says it's $19 and just went up last week or so but I booked before last week so I should have been grantedthe $16 fee he ask if I had proof showed the proof and yet he still didn't grant me the $16 fee. FIRST AND LAST TIME STAYING HERE! The whole front desk/office should be thrown in the trash!
