Greg and his staff at Carolina Coach are the best of the best!!! They are pro's at "fix it right the first time". I have a 2017 Tiffin Phaeton and I have taken it to Campers Inn at Mockesville NC 6 times. They had my RV 4 of the 6 times for the same reason and never fixed the problems right. I had to spend $75.00 each way for gas and leave it there for months at a time. Their customer service is horrible to say the least!!!!
Carolina Coaches service is the best I have ever dealt with. They sent me videos showing the work they were performing and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I will always take my service back to them without hesitation. Top Notch Pro's from front to back. Greg's leadership and his promptness to take care of his customers is unquestionably the best.
