First time staying at Paris and I really loved the atmosphere and options for restaurants. Very clean rooms and friendly, prompt staff. I left a $200 flat iron I had just purchased a week prior to my visit in the hotel room. Made a phone call the next morning (I wasn't on hold very long) and was directed to a website to file my lost item. They found it the same day and shipped it back to me. It was carefully wrapped and arrived in my mailbox 3 days later. THANK YOU!
