The one star is for how they handle Donations. It is no small wonder that anything of value can make it onto the floor in tact. Zero Care.

Even when I said there's glass, they throw heavy box of books on top instead of starting a new cart, they continue to pile up all in one cart. Same for Artwork.

And I understand keeping distance because of current health concerns, but you Can bring an Empty cart closer to my car, especially when I said the box of books is very heavy and your cart is already overflowing.

Thoughtless, untrained and uncaring.

There are place where donations could be put to better use, don't settle for convenience of late-hour drop off here. Your items and Your Care deserve Better.
