They called us a few days before our move, asked if we wanted a smaller truck. My boyfriend told them no, we wanted the 16ft, we had reserved it for a reason. We only wanted to make one trip. The day of our move they didn't have our truck! Offered a smaller one with free milage. We went with another company.
