I came into Lexus of Fremont in early September to cancel my pre-paid maintenance package. I was told that there was only ONE person I could speak with in order to do this, Bret Chan. Unfortunately, he wasn't there that day and I would have to wait and they provided me with his business card.
I sent an email to Bret the same day explaining what I wanted to do and asked what he needed from me so that the next visit I could come prepared. I told him I would be coming in on Saturday since reception said on Wednesdays he had the day off which is unfortunate for me since those are the only days I work from home during the week to come in.
I waited for a reply and never got one. I came in that Saturday and he wasn't available. Just like everyone else, I HATE having my time wasted. So I started to call and leave voicemails. Not a single call was returned. Not an email was replied to.
At this point I feel like Lexus of Fremont has put me towards chasing a ghost. It's absolutely ridiculous that there is only ONE person in their entire finance department who is available to help you on a request it's been two months and I STILL haven't heard back from them.
I'm a patient person and I gave them ample time to get back to me but this is unacceptable. Expect that once you buy your car from here they provide you with zero service and support after and just waste your time!
