Had a good experience (caveats below though) with the dealership. Had to come back a 2nd time to finalize pricing but the 2nd time was short and sweet (the way I expect it to be). I like to have my deals done before even stepping into a dealership but I was buying with family (we were buying 2 cars) so there was a bit more to work through on the deal that needed the in person in addition to the virtual negotiation.

Deal was finally done with Rob Tharp, the GM, and the deal closed quickly. That was a good interaction On another note, I had a good experience but my family member had to come back a 2nd time to get the car because the dealership wrote the wrong VIN on the paperwork so he and his wife had to come back a 2nd time to resign all the paperwork (and they have kids to bring along, etc.). What would have made me given 5 stars, is since it was the dealership's fault on the hassle, my family member had to really negotiate in a detail. From a customer service perspective if they proactively offered services for the hassle that would have showed this dealership does go above and beyond.

Also, when coming back in to get some accessories I was getting, it was as if they didn't know me (deal was already done and paid for and so they didn't give me attention after that). Had to contact a few people to get what I needed (took over 25 minutes) and even then I was told they had it, it was lying on the floor next to a desk not occupied by anyone. I got it and it would have been nice if someone offered to help me carry it to the vehicle.

Needs some help on the customer service side. So if you desire a certain experience, be sure to get everything you need before the deal is done and be specific on who you should work with to get any additional accessories post deal.
