This is our second year having Pyramid perform annual maintenance on our furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. The experience was great, all around. The office staff were helpful, efficient, and professional. Deon, the service technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough cleaning of our furnace, (including sealing some leaks around screws and seams), AC, and tankless water heater, and when these were completed, he verified that all the systems were working well. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Pyramid.
