We listed our home with Marchant PM and one of the largest reasons we did was because of the service the entire Marchant team provided, and they solidified that after signing the contract and moving forward with doing business with them. Specifically Brittany Caldwell in accounting, we wound up with some issues on statements, and while we were frustrated about it, Brittany not only provided the best service, she fixed the billing/statement issue entirely!
