I came in with a couple of close friends who are practically family as a referral and to attempt to get my very first vehicle. Everyone was very professional, polite, and welcoming. The environment was very "homey" and the staff really listened to my preferences on a vehicle and idealistically price range. They aren't pushy but they are thorough with the efforts to get you what you want and/or need.
