I had a great experience with Sam and the service team. I had my car looked at by another Honda dealership and they had told me it was going to be an expensive repair, even though the damage was not my fault. My car was only four months old so I took it back to Racine, where I purchased it, and they were able to cover it under warranty!! I also had an issue with my tire pressure which turned out to be a nail in the tire. Sam and his team were able to fix this for me as well with no charge! Exceptional service, and would recommend 100%!!
