Horrible service. They don't genuinely care about your case. I scheduled an appointment and went for a passport renewal. I brought all my paperwork and my childrens. Online they said one appointment for each case. When I got there, they said that they don't care and each child needs to have their own appointment even though they are minors under 12 years old. Their hotline does not work. Simply, if you don't want to help people and DO your job representing Ukrainians overseas, resign and don't waste our time!
