I must express my utter disappointment for the SDA service, in addition to writing things that are not true (such as the address is incorrect or they say they passed when it is not absolutely true because there are no warnings and they still say they passed the day before for the day later ASSURDO !!!!) create disruptions and inconvenience to customers.
