We are super happy with how it a been going with Lightspeed. The service from the start has been amazing. Super helpful whenever any questions or issues have arrised. As we are a seasonal business it takes re-learning everything every year. But Lightspeed is very clear and easy to operate and all of our servers agree. And I just had an extremely helpful onboarding session with Jeremy Weigens where he not only answered any questions I had, but also explained ways that the system could be used to better benefit my business. One of our waitresses worked elsewhere over the winter and said whatever system they were using was awful compared to Lightspeed. So we are very happy with our POS choice!
