I must say I am totally happy with my installation...

I must say I am totally happy with my installation of my windows. Yes, they are expensive I knew that right at the first, I wasn't looking for a bargain, just a good window and something beautiful. They are beautiful and my installers were perfect, I had one that wasn't measured correctly but they reordered it and installed that window perfectly. Now there is a pane problem, not sure exactly what it is but they called me to let me know that the panes on 4 windows are defective. They are replacing them this Friday and also are staining the wood which was done after the original installation at my expense. So, they are staining them for me because it's their fault since those windows need replacing. I have nothing at all to complain about, I had wonderful installers and a wonderful sales Rep. Carol Evans. they are pricey but those windows are gorgeous! I love them and they do not leak air.
