I called them and explained my case in the hopes of setting up an appointment for a free consultation to decide on the best course of action for a negligent driving lawsuit after being in a not-at-fault car accident where my car suffered a total loss. I was turned away, albeit courteously.

In my time of need, they told me to call the Law Society of Ontario's Referral Line to seek suggestions for other law firms to handle my case. I guess the amount of my outward bodily harm was not sufficient to elicit the high $$$ lawsuit needed for them to care about helping me with my case. Word of caution: if you are not seriously injured in a car accident, they may turn you away as they did me.
