I made my reservations through the company that I work for, American Airlines, and they are now using Turico. Shame on my company for using this worthless company. My reservations were made weeks in advance and of course Turico processed my funds that day to pay for this Hotel reservation. When I checked in today I was told "the credit card on file was declined" in front of other customers. 20-30 min later I had to call a representative at Turico and finally he was able to work out the issue. I didn't prepay to check in and be told that the credit card (Turico's credit card) on file was declined. And the arrogance of the Turico's employees including the supervisor that I demanded to talk to, at least 5-8 times was the last straw. I will never use this company again because of their customer service and the fact that their credit cards are being declined! My recommendation is to stay away !
