This place is a family favorite. Although customer service at the Guest Relations Office could be improved. They are very cordial, but is slow as a snail. So prepare to wait at least 20 minutes, even if it's not crowded. Been there to up to one hour on occasions. But all the rest its so incredible that I still give it 5 stars.
Recommend to use sit down restaurants as some of them have almost the same price as the value ones and service is much better
And learn about the places as there are a lot of Easter eggs around the park. You can visit MIB central if you ask the right way or have a tour at hulk. There are secret spots to use the interactive wands and much more.
