Another efficient and courteous service experience. I visited for routine A2 service and rear brake pads. Despite a very busy check-in, I was squared away in short order and set up with a loaner vehicle. The volume of cars in for service pushed my pick-up to the next day, but everything was smooth and trouble-free. My service was prepaid; pricing for brake pads was reasonable for a premium vehicle serviced by Mercedes technicians.

No complaints. MB of Arlington's service almost always has been top-notch at each first attempt, and on two occasions where it wasn't, the problems were rectified quickly. I'm very satisfied.
