Know that no matter what time you make your appointment, you will always be waiting at least 10 minutes. The staff is kind, but the scheduling is never correct. I have an annual pass and it's convenient, and that's the only reason I stay. I have a pass, yet every single time they try to sell me on something else (more services or products) - have I not spent enough? Let me be!
