I have been working with a hoster for about 8 years.
This is the perfect company! Any problem will be solved in a maximum of half a day. All employees ALWAYS go towards the client. Professionalism at a very high level.
On my personal list of companies I work with a hoster. KZ is in the top. Perfectly adjusted business processes.
All employees, whether they are support or salespeople or a girl at the call center, are polite, speak a clear language.
On the phone you hang a maximum of a couple of minutes.
