Some dude with a man bun took our order and forgot to turn our ticket. 3 tables arrived after us and got their food. Our family left after 50 minutes of waiting. Wanna be waiter should have explained whatever the issue was instead of repeatedly coming to the table saying our food would be right out. Where was management???
