Was not pleased at all. Called before coming in and asked what would I need and do I have to bring any funds for first visit and was referred by doctor at hospital. Was told I didn't need any up front money and just need Texas I.D. and my insurance card and the documents of previous care from previous doctor who referred and that would skip the process of feeling out additional paperwork. I did all three and still had to sit there for 30 minutes to fill out multiple pages of paperwork. After giving my ID and my insurance card and referral documentations from previous care the same person who told me I did not have to pay over the phone said that she would need $50 from me wich was not the agreement I was told. Called my insurance car rier and tell me I was already covered and I should not pay any co-payfor the first six visits which my insurance provider covers for me and that they should have called my insurance provider to verify. I knew something was fishy so I left without even being seen and checked with my insurance provider to make sure they didn't make a claim on my card after swiping it because I never got the service that I attended to get to check to see why my heart rate was only beating at 50 beats per minute and why my blood pressure was at 179. I told my dad that they try to scam me out of $50 and he said don't worry about anything and he would set me a schedule with his heart doctor.
