I've been working in Kiprosh full-time for the past one year and all I can say is that the learning curve here is great, the peers are really helpful and the work atmosphere is quite relaxing and motivating at the same time. The best part is that there is no office hierarchy, which I would call is the USP of Kiprosh. Also, flexibility of remote work helps to maintain the essential work-life balance, which is missing in most cases in corporate sector.
