The totally incompetent staff! They are put in that I want to live in Mum and they send me from one side to the other! One day they tell me what documents are needed and when I introduce myself they say that it was not they who asked me for certain documents! Today they came to four and they asked one to the other how to proceed! A lady of them did not even recognize that it was she who asked me to bring the international mother's health card but tomorrow I bring him the note where she wrote so let's see if she recognizes her handwriting !
