James was great when my husband and I came to test drive a vehicle! He listened thoroughly to what my husband was looking for, found the closest thing, and laid out details of getting what we wanted. He was very understanding when we let him know we were still a ways out from buying, and didn t let that get in the way of great customer service. Will definitely be going to him when we are ready to buy.
