first i would like to say my friend who was in the car accident with me has been paid who went to another law firm same amount of time in treatment as me (sad). i would think after getting to owner of this law firm involved my case would get the attention it desires but i was wrong. its sad because i tried to let bye-gone bye-gone but after my call today (6/8/2016 @ 1:33 pm) to the law if see this firm truly is a horrible mess. when i called the firm i was hang up on by Debbie who is suppose to be over seeing my case i asked her simple question such as dates they talked to the insurance company about my case, when the insurance company responded and what was the name of the insurance rep, Debbie got upset because she had to repeat herself because i not given a unsure answer she gave me, after she hang up on me i called the office back spoke with Jennifer who was very friendly she told me the best person to speak with was lawyer Donald William vollender the lawyer who was handling my case so she transferred me before i could even tell him the full reason of my call he started over talking me rudely i work in the insurances for a living so i know some laws and some thing he was telling me like there is no note of the time, date or name of rep who called with the offer was unknown i find this a little fish because as i law firm document is key. Donald William vollender became very rude and stated since i know so much why did i hire their firm i told him i don't like the was he is talking to me and requested his bar number since he is the one representing me he refused to give me told me to look it up my self i simple asked him so your refusing to give me your bar number he stated go look it up yourself and hang up. i then called the office back and asked paulit for his bar number she stated she didi know it and it wasn't in the front desk area, now i'm wondering dosen't this office even check credentials for the lawyers? is Donald William Vollender even a licensed lawyer in florida? don't go to this office..... (Donald William Vollender also threaten to call the police on me for recording our phone call)

*****Craig ONLY returned my call once I faxed over a letter stated I would get the bar invovled if I didn't get a call back by the date I included and he called me on the last day even to return my call but before faxing that letter i call and requested his call back over 5 times and he never took ownership for his company while on the phone with him. the yelp review is so fake from him and only showed ownership on yelp for the problem I went through
