5 weeks! For 5 weeks the company did not pick up ...

5 weeks! For 5 weeks the company did not pick up my yard waste. I've had to rebag it 3 times because it kept raining each weak and the bags would break at the bottom. They refused to pick up the yard waste on week 5 because they said my bags were full of dirt.....if they would have picked it up on week 1, they would have saw bright green weeds, leaves, and grass in every bag....everything has decomposed after more than a month....what did they expect to see??? I'm still waiting on a supervisor to call more than a month later. I can't believe I'm forced to pay for this service. This place needs to go out of business or hire people that actually work!
