I had the WORST experience at the spa. I went in and had not only one treatment but four treatments today. When I went to pay there were two other line items for products that I NEVER asked for. When I questioned the line items the woman at the desk told me that the people who had done my facial and my hair said that I wanted them. I never asked for products. It was humiliating to have to haggle over the bill and have to explain to the women that I never asked for these products. It is disrespectful and very unethical to just post charges to people for things without even asking them. Then when I was thinking and debating whether to tip and how much to tip, the woman kept saying, "just put a percentage, you know like 20%," "just write a percentage so I can process payment." I have never felt so pressured in my life to give people a tip and mostly for unethical behaviour. This is not the treatment nor the level of service I have experienced in the past at the Four Seasons. I have no problem paying for services I ask for, but I am not interested in having items slipped into my bill in an unethical manner. Your spa is very disrespectful.
