Best experience I have ever had at a dealership, hands down. I am very busy, and have the same work hours as the dealership. Debbie Francis helped me after hours and answered all the questions I had about the Ford Explorer I was interested in. I obtained my own financing, which I always do, and this is the first time the dealership didn't try to find financing for me without my consent. Other larger dealerships I have gone to have always tried to do that, which wastes hours of my time and ruins any trust I have with them. I was able to do all of the paperwork electronically, and walk into the dealership to pick up my new Explorer. I think I spent maybe 90 minutes total in person with Debbie, and thats including the test drive. Very impressed. I've seen other reviews talk about not being helped, and having to pay other fees in addition to the price of the car: I really appreciated the fact that Prestman is a no pressure dealership. I didn't have a salesperson jumping me the second I walked in, and I was able to find someone when I was ready to ask questions, even after hours. Additional fees are a given. You will always have to pay tax, title, and registration whether you purchase from a dealership or private party. All dealerships have fees, and it is your responsibility to ask what they are before you start to look at their inventory. Prestman's fees are reasonable. I am still floored I walked away with a virtually brand new vehicle for thousands less than what I should have paid, even with the branded title. I will definitely recommend Prestman, and Debbie, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
