Very poor experience from start to finish.

We started by ordering 2 regular pepsi's, we we're given diet. No biggy, we told them and they changed them.

We then ordered a large nachos starter which was standard, but did not include salsa as advertised, just chopped tomato.

We then ordered a burger and a hot dog for our mains.

My burger patties were black and inedible. The sausage and bacon which were a part of the burger were similarly burnt and too dry to eat. The onion rings were far undercooked & the chips were rock hard and extremely greasy.

The hot dog was not a hot dog, or was a frankfurter, which is fine if advertised correctly, but for someone who doesn't like frankfurters, ordering a hot dog and receiving one is pretty disappointing. It wasn't also extremely over cooked, the chilli on the sausage for some reason tasted overwhelmingly of cinnamon & the chips and onion rings were the sameness as my own.

The aesthetic was nice, staff were friendly, but I have no idea how this place has so many great reviews.
