Ryan patiently asked the right questions to pin point the problem on two receivers. He suggested the correct solution and the problems were fixed.
This is an example of excellent service. I'm delighted and told him he was a "genius"!

I had other general questions about service interruption, the "network" upgrade, and Consolidated's use of PPPoE. Ryan handled these very well.
