Very upset! Bought a vehicle two months ago, it was delivered to me 4 days late with two headlights out, two tires were low and it was on empty. (Gas light on) as well, I was told it had two sets of key fobs and starter, when it was delivered he said that he forget the extra set on his desk and that he s in my area all the time and would drop extra set off. Waited for two weeks, no keys and no response to my texts. Called dealership to speak to manager and he seemed to care less that the vehicle was brought to me unprepared and seemingly not checked over. My extra key? Well that must have left with the salesperson as both salesman I dealt with were no longer employed there and manager said they couldn t find the extra key, so I m out of luck. I told him it wasn t acceptable and they should pay to have a new one made, that was 8 weeks ago, haven t heard a word from them. Once you leave their dealership with a vehicle, they could care less if you have problems or an issue with your vehicle.
