From now on I prefer other "bike online shops" an item of my order was not available. When after two weeks (money was already debited from PayPal) I received absolutely no feedback, I asked the support. One of the articles is not available and at the earliest on December 31st of the year (noted that it can be delivered almost 7 months after the order date).
I have not received any information from Bike24. The money was debited.
I was not offered a partial delivery or a refund from Bike24.
I've never seen anything like it in the bike industry.
Next time I'll order somewhere else!
