This is the worst insurance ever in uae
You have to take approval to go for normal doctor so you have to waste ur time twice and wait for approval which will not be approved in case you not fight for your right at least 1 hrs will call center

I would advice any one to pay more and get something as with this insurance you will get nothing
Finally you will go pay outside on your own as what i did
