Deon was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable and had previously serviced my property. He was genuinely interested in my prior experience with Pyramid and was very contientious about providing reassurance about the status of my system. I appreciated his attention to detail and his concern for my anxiety about previous experiences. I appreciate this quality in a service tech.
