We have bought 2 vehicles from Betten s. Very happy with our salesman, Ben. From a mechanical standpoint, we experienced some hardships with my 2016 Edge. At almost 2 years young, the Edge had a fractured flywheel. Not the dealerships fault. During the replacement of the flywheel one thing led to another and we ended up making 4 or 5 trips to get things right . That was a couple years ago. Fast forward to now. I still have my 2016 Edge and have around 63,000 miles on this vehicle. Yesterday after driving to Kalamazoo, upon returning I started my car and the engine light came on. I drove the car home and when I got a chance to call the service dept it was getting close to 5pm closing time but I still had a few minutes to talk with them and get something scheduled. I called at 4:51,4:52 and 4:53. No answer back in service. Left a message on one service advisor s phone and he still hasn t returned my call. My husband called the service dept this am and guess what the earliest they can look at my car is next Tuesday. Today is Thursday. Treating you like family, I don t think so! This is not valuing your customers.
