I had an appointment for an oil change and vehicle inspection at 8:30am this past Saturday. I didn't get my car back until close to 11am. This has never happened to me at Russell & Smith Mazda and doesn't usually happen here either. To be fair, they did warn me about this when I checked in but it was a total waste of a morning.
