First we love Efteling and we are returning this year. But I have to say, the booking is very difficult. It always was, but the mistakes they're making are actually costly. Each time they correct a booking they make a mistake and then charge more for their mistakes. My wife and I only wanted to add one night and one extra day in the park. That was great, and they did that at a reasonable price the first time, but then I noticed they made a mistake with the date, so they correct that and then upped the price, charging us entrance into the same day of the park double for 2 people! Each time I asked them to make a correction, they charged us more and more, but THEY were making the mistakes not us, so why keep charging us more to correct their mistakes?! In fact, there still is a mistake on the booking but I am afraid to ask them to correct it because I'm sure they'll charge us more again.

We paid originally about 731 euro for 4 overnights and then wanted to stay one extra night and day, the first charge was reasonable but after their mistake they charged us much more, over 300 euro for one night and two days in the park, one of those days in the par we ALREADY paid for! Argggg. It's impossible to get the necessary corrections, so I have given up, paid what they wanted and will wait for my tickets to see what we actually get. It's not funny, our stay is for 5 overnights and 6 days in the park and we paid for that (actually paid 7 days in the park since one day is doubled), but online it still says we are staying only for 1 night, but at least it has the correct 5 nights/6 days dated lol. Who knows what they'll finally send us. We don't know.

Again, we love Efteling, but this isn't right. Another thing that is frustrating is that when we booked, it said clearly (I can show you a picture of the booking) "unlimited access to Efteling," BUT NOW it says "excluding evenings" ... uhm, do they not understand what "UNLIMITED" means??? Does this mean Efteling changes what they sell you after you book? How can you stay at one of their hotels and pay for "unlimited access" and then NOT have "unlimited access?" Does that even make sense?

Common Efteling, you are better than this, or you should be. We love you, so show us some love back.
