This place is a joke. Talked to multiple people kept having to repeat my story over a 2 month period. Every time we talked it was like I was being investigated like I was lying and crashed my truck on purpose? I hve full coverage insurance I would have just went to my insurance . One of their shady mechanics worked in my truck and a piece he made me buy broke a couple months later and led to a crazy accident, luckily I was safe but the car is messed up. I was on the phone giving my recorded interview and it got so loud in the background I could barely here the lady she said there was a party or break going on so she hung up and said we d talk later?? I tried to call them right back multiple times and nothing?? I had to wait a day or 2 to finish my recorded interview and she wouldn t let me even talk only answer her overly aggressive questions . Like why did I start working in my truck, 2 months later after the crash and after they did nothing about it ! They basically said they can t help me and my evidence wasn t good enough. When no one once came to look at my truck or broken parts they just took what story they put together over 10 different agents and said it wasn t good enough . This company sucks . Reviews are real take the bad ratings and go somewhere else this place won t last much longer
