After visiting several other car dealers and having some disappointing experiences while looking for a particular BMW, we were refreshed to come across Faulkner BMW and specifically, Rob Howry. Actually, all of the staff were very friendly and polite. They made us feel like a priority and like our time was valuable. Rob was on top of every question about each car and our package options. He really, really knew his stuff about the cars and truly had a passion for them. When we actually purchased our car from them, they were patient and took all the time we needed to explain every detail of the car to us.
