Two years ago I found my perfect dog here and had a great experience. However, I left in tears today. I was not aware I needed an appointment (completely my fault), so I wasted a 45 minute drive. I was originally offered to wait for a spot, great! Another lady came out and was so rude well, can t help you today. Bye . She called me a liar when I explained I did not see anything about appointments on the webpage, showed her and that was her response. She was condescending and I literally left crying. So sad at my experience
